MeethaPitara started with a missing flavour. The mithai we grew up with, the ones that ended every wedding lunch and every Diwali dinner, were everywhere, and almost nowhere in the freezer.

So we set about putting them there. Controlled batches. Carefully sourced ingredients. Recipes that sit closer to a cold kulfi than a regular ice cream. The pitara, rebuilt for the freezer.
